The display covers an area of 400 square meters, with more than 500 kinds of aquatic animal samples, of which 22 types are national protected animals of the first and second class, including white-flag dolphins, Chinese sturgeons, paddlefishes, Pelochelys cantoriis, Acipenser dabryanus, cowfishes and some other protected freshwater animals, Delphinus capensis, harbor seals, leatherbacks, hawksbills, Loggerhead turtles, giant clams, red corals, and nautilus, giving a general picture of the rare aquatic animals of China.
